There are many different services for moving things around NZ and in order for us to provide a final cost at the point of checkout we have calculated a Flat Rate based on the value of the goods purchased. This is not a perfect system due to the nature of small things with high value, but overall it is as fair as I could make it across the board.I review it regularly and if it looks as though the shipping is way to much for the parcel I usually add extra product to balance the value.

                                                               > $40 - $69.99 =$5.80 Courier
                                                               > $70 - $99.99 =$6.50 Courier
                                                               > $100+ =FREE!

Rural Delivery (and PO Box) >charges are dependent on size of parcel and location. All parcels are sent via courier.

As of August 1st 2020 my Post Haste base rate for residential parcels was increased and as much as I try to keep shipping costs to a minimum it has meant the minimum shipping rate has had to increase.
Rural addresses are classed according to the NZ Post address finder. If you omit the 'RD' on your address and select urban courier I will contact you to arrange balance of rural postage fee before shipping our order.

We normally ship packages via Post Haste Couriers or New Zealand Post from Motupiko, Tasman, NZ 7072. 

We aim to fill and post all orders within 1 - 3 working days of receipt of payment.
   **We currently ship orders only on Monday/Wednesday/Friday**
If you wish to rush your order then please let us know and we will do our utmost to ship either the same day or within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 
On average we allow a delivery time of 1-3 business days once order is shipped (via courier). Please be aware that while MOST of the the time the service is fabulous, there are many factors including weather and human error which may disrupt a service. I will do what I can to help and come up with the best possible outcome for you, but please be patient! 
All items are collected direct from Wishcraft headquarters. 
"Authority to Leave" - if you leave instructions for where to leave a parcel if no-one is there to receive it, this is referred to as an "authority to leave". Standard practice is for the courier driver to take a photo of the package in place or write a description of where it was left as proof of delivery. If YOU provide this Authority- you are accepting delivery and are unable to make a claim should the package go missing after it has been left as per your instructions.
Orders over $100 within NZ are eligible for FREE SHIPPING via Courier (excluding Rural Deliveries, PO Box, or outside NZ). 

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Un-tracked standard shipping for low value orders is via International Air post which is un-tracked and at your own risk, unless otherwise specified. Orders over $200 will be only be shipped via DHL to ensure safety of delivery.



If there is no shipping charge added at the checkout, orders will have a payment invoice sent once shipping has been calculated. 




The nature of our products and associated hygiene standards means that Wishcraft is unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, colour or item ordered or dis-satisfaction with colour received unless an error has been made by us. We endeavor to describe items as accurately and honestly as possible, so please choose your colours and sizes carefully and check your order before submitting confirmation and payment. 
If your order deviates from standard options available then please contact us and supply us with clear instructions on what you would like included prior to order being confirmed.We will endeavor to rectify any confusion on our part via email before order is sent out. Although Wishcraft does carry large quantities of stock there is a possibility that your first colour choice may not be available - especially for bulk orders or clearance lines. In such circumstances you will be asked for a second colour choice or be offered a credit or refund. 
Wishcraft prides itself on its high level of quality and service and in the very unlikely event that an error or defect exists in your order or product then please contact us within 5 working days of receipt, advise what your concerns are and we will endeavor to rectify (if appropriate) in a timely and professional manner.
